Corporate Clinical Nurse Educator-Department of Medical Imaging

June 2017-October 2017

Experience organizing and providing educational in-services to staff.
Experience orienting new staff to the department, organizing clinical buddy time, assigning preceptors, and reviewing performance evaluations.
Effective communicator both written and oral, active listener.
Experience working with other members of an interdisciplinary health care team in creating corporate medical directives and policies for the department of radiology.
Provide continuing educational support to the nursing staff in radiology.
Assist with training Medical Radiation Technologists (MRT's) for IV therapy.
